Right from the start you have fully and positively embraced the difficulties that not only she – as a diagnosed autistic child – faced, but also the many issues this presented to your staff.
As you know, we have often commented on the massive improvements in [child’s name]’s behaviour and development since she has been a Happy Days’ girl. Indeed, anything she achieves in her life will, in no small way, be down to all your early work and efforts with her. For that we will always be indebted to you.
We’d particularly like to thank Amanda for all the help and guidance she has given us during the long, and often complicated, process as we tried try to secure an EHCP for [child’s name]; also, our thanks to the members of your team who have, at various times, been designated with special responsibilities for [child’s name].

Our little squish has come on leaps and bounds since moving nurseries and adores spending time at Happy Days; she talks about you guys when she’s not there, and the games and lessons you teach her surprise us at home everyday.
The relationships she has formed in baby room (in particular with Ellie) has made her time away from us as pain free as possible, for us as well as her. We are nervous for her to shift into the toddler room, but we know we have a fantastic team of people to support her and some happy, friendly faces to remind her that she is in safe hands.

I am extremely happy with placing my son in Happy Days Southam! The staff is very friendly, helpful and the smile never disappear from their faces, even after a long day with the little ones
My son enjoys his time in Happy Days, he’s got his friends there and his favourite toys, games and songs he learnt during his time in the nursery. I can hear new stories (from him!) of what he’s seen and learnt everyday
I can honestly say, that place is a blessing for both parents and children.
Our son first attended Happy days in 2014 from the age of 9 months through to pre school. When it was time for our daughter to attend a nursery we didn’t hesitate to choose Happy Days again, despite there being several others that are nearer to us. The team is professional and attentive and there is a genuine desire for the children to develop and progress. We cannot recommend Happy Days enough!
I was struggling to find a nursery space for my son and was so happy and lucky that I found a space for him at Happy Days Nursery. My son has been attending My and his Favorite Happy Days Nursery since August 2021 and he is so happy there – it feels like a second home to him. All of the staff are so nurturing and supportive and they provide him with so much care, attention and positivity. I have always found the key workers to be very communicative and the admin team are so efficient. I would highly recommend Happy Days Nursery to anyone looking for a nursery in the area and I feel very lucky to have found such a wonderful and happy environment for my son.
We would like to say thank you to The Old Library Nursery for looking after our little boy who is at school now. We see how much he loved going to nursery and everyone there.
